那如何开启自己忙碌的一天呢?以下是几种高蛋白高饱腹感的快手早餐食谱。
希腊酸奶(Greek Yogurt)
希腊酸奶是一种浓缩型醋酸奶(strained yogurt).一杯希腊酸奶配上水果丁和坚果,开启元气满满的一天。但是,请避开那些风味酸奶(flavored Greek yogurts),它们的糖分很高,很容易发胖。
芝士(Cheese)
芝士不但含有高蛋白,而且可以在很大程度上提升toast 的口感(elevates that plain old piece of toast)。一顿超有满足感的早餐(satisfying breakfast)只需一片芝士和两片吐司。
牛奶(Milk)
一杯牛奶大约含有8克的蛋白质。想有很高的饱腹感,早餐里怎么可能缺少了牛奶呢(can’t deny the power of protein in milk),牛奶加全麦cereal(a whole-grain cereal),早餐smoothie(breakfast smoothie, 或者配上各种点心(muffins or pancakes)都是不错的选择。
